Hi my name is Duane.
I first came into contact with Blaine when several of my students, who subscribed to Blaine’s website and watched his videos, mentioned that Blaine and I had similar teaching styles. Intrigued by their comments I contacted Blaine who invited me to attend one of his workshops. Following this meeting I am now a recognised Blaine Trainer.
In 1998 I became an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and have also been training instructors since 2003.
Before becoming independent, I worked for two National driving organisations.
Having passed the Institute of Advance Motorists (IAM) driving qualification I went on to achieve the Diamond Special Test, without any driver errors.
I obtained the City & Guilds 7307 teaching qualification and in 2007 I became a Fleet trainer and attained an ADI grade 6. In 2009 I gained the ORDIT badge to teach Parts 1, 2, and 3.
I work in and around Yorkshire supporting students on their Part 2, 3 and Check Test training. I currently charge £35 per hour for a minimum of two hours training and £30 per hour for a three hour session.
