Find a Recommended Trainer (BN)

Dear All

I am delighted to announce the launch of the long awaited list of 'Blaine Recommended Trainers'

I regularly get asked by PDIs if I can recommend a Trainer in their area and more recently and with the increasing importance placed on CPD, ADIs are also asking for Check Test or real learner lesson support to help keep their lesson standards and instructional techniques up to date and optimal for both themselves and their pupils.  Other than one or two long standing trainers with good reputations I have struggled to be able to make a suggestion....until now! 

Over the last few months I have been working closely with a few individual ADIs who have expressed an interest in becoming an ADI trainer or have showed a particular level of understanding and support, showing the potential qualities of a trainer I could then recommend.  Each of these ADIs has completed a 'Train the Trainer' programme with me be participating in classroom based and in-car training followed with audio or video submitted examples of real training sessions given by them.

These trainers can be recommended with the assurance that although they are all individuals and work independently, the training offered by them will be based on the information, advice and techniques shown in the videos ( reducing the likelihood of conflicting information so many of you experience ) as well as continuous support and monitored standard expectations by myself that entitle them to remain on the recommended list.

I am very much looking forward to supporting these fine people, all who come with different levels of experience and previous roles, as they establish,and in some cases build on their own reputations.
