10 Top Tips for ADI Part 3 Phase 2
1) Forget Phase 1
2) Ask them to identify the subject
3) Don’t tell until you have asked
4) Use proactive questions
5) Don’t let the fault develop
6) Don’t analysis until they have completed the routine for that subject or have stopped
- Use the analysis sheet
- Fit the remedial action to the analysis
7) Tell twice ask once, transfer responsibility to them and move on
8) Keep to subject
9) The examiner might go back to some faults made earlier – use proactive questions to minimise this
10) If you can’t say they are ready for their test or work assessment then you probably have not done enough to pass but you might still have time to cover those points.
